George & Ewa, owners of The Plough in Effingham kindly hosted a Bank Holiday BBQ to raise funds for H&B RDA, the sun came out and so did the locals, to enjoy a Punch and Judy show, live Jazz and a meet and greet with the one and only Barney the Shetland Pony.
The delicious BBQ food, donated from local butcher F Conisbee & Son was enjoyed by all, and a fantastic raffle topped up funds raised from ticket sales to total a huge donation of £1,100 from the pub to the charity.
